All sales are final. Because most items are thrift/vintage and often one-of-one, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If something was misrepresented

If an item significantly differs from its description (wrong item, major undisclosed damage, etc.), contact us within 3–7 days of delivery and include photos. We respond within 48 hours.
